Litigation Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters
- Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Conduct legal drafts and briefs
- Participate in oral advocacy and in-court appearances
- Assist with trial preparation and active case management
- Take responsibility over pending litigation matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 4-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- California bar admission
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Spanish or Arabic language skills are a plus
