Erico Technologies LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while supporting a growing team.
This is a non–data-entry role focused on coordination, communication, and administrative support.
Provide administrative support to internal teams and management
Manage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling
Prepare reports, documents, and basic presentations
Assist with task tracking, follow-ups, and coordination
Support internal processes and general office operations
Communicate professionally with team members and external contacts
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree a plus)
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient with common productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, document software)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Part-time schedule (flexible hours within U.S. business hours)
