Trainer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Train and support employees on hydraulic assembly processes, safety procedures, and quality standards. Monitor performance, provide hands-on guidance, and ensure all work meets company expectations. Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining a productive, efficient work environment.

Trainer Qualifications:

• * Experience in training, lead roles, or supervising employees in a manufacturing or oilfield environment preferred
• * Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems or mechanical assembly processes
• * Good communication skills with ability to train and guide team members
• * Ability to read and understand work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
• * Steel toe boots required; must follow all PPE and safety requirements
• * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
