WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks outlet, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards. 
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and productivity. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional service. 
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth and development. 
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations and creating memorable dining experiences. 
  • Proactively address guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and promotions, ensuring a cohesive guest experience across all touchpoints. 
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, closely monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets. 
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization, implementing strategies to maximize profitability. 
  • Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to inform menu development and pricing strategies. 
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry best practices and local requirements. 
  • Implement and enforce food safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. 
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. 
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. 
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with relevant certifications preferred. 
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. 
  • Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
