Job Description

Position : Insulation Installer ( training provided)
Overview: Apply spray foam insulation in residential homes according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, and all quality and safety guidelines.

Location:  Moncks Cortner, South Carolina

Training: You will have up to 4 weeks of job training in the state of Georgia. After training is completed,
the company will relocate you to the job in South Carolina.
Training Pay: $18.00 per hour, up to 4 weeks of training
Job Pay: You will be paid per piece (average earnings over $25 per hour). Your job performance
determines your earning potential.

Responsibilities:
1. Review daily work schedule. Ensure the truck is loaded with required products, tools, and
equipment.
2. Complete vehicle safety checks and job site inspections before beginning work.
3. Safely unload, handle, and stage materials at each job site.
4. Apply spray foam insulation in residential homes according to specifications and safety standards.
5. Immediately report any safety issues, customer concerns, or quality problems.
6. Perform warehouse duties, including loading, organizing, and maintaining materials.
7. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
8. Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. Must be 18 years old or older.
2. Must have a valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
3. Must be able to follow safety procedures in a safety-sensitive environment.
4. Must be reliable, punctual, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
2. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods.
3. Must be comfortable working on ladders and in tight or elevated spaces.
4. Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Miscellaneous Requirements:
1. Must have physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safe work practices.
2. Work boots suitable for construction environments are required.
3. Must maintain a clean, professional appearance.
4. Travel: Daily travel to local job sites. Occasional out-of-town travel as required.
Dependability: Employees are expected to be on time and demonstrate regular attendance.
Job Performance: Employees are expected to complete duties quickly, efficiently, and safely.
Conduct: Employees are expected to follow worksite rules and regulations. Employees who violate
worksite rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of
employment.

Work Uniform: Work boots suitable for construction environments are required.
Transportation: Transportation to and from work is provided.
Housing and Rent: See housing photos. Single family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Shared
bedrooms. No rent for the first 4 weeks.* Starting with week #5, rent is $100.00 per person per
week. Rent includes utilities. *To qualify for the first 4 weeks of no rent: (1) you must work all your
scheduled hours each week, otherwise that week’s rent is due, and (2) your first 4 weeks rent is due
retroactively if you leave the job before 120 days.
Refundable Housing Deposit : $500 housing deposit is refundable at time of move-out, less the cost of
damage or excessive cleaning. Payroll deduction is available for the housing deposit.

Expectations:  Be on time to work, have good work attendance, complete work duties quickly and efficiently, maintain a clean and professional appearance at work, and be respectful of your co-workers, supervisors, and housemates. You are expected to follow company policies at the job and housing.   If you quit or are terminated from the job, you must leave the employee housing immediately. Your trip home or elsewhere will be at your cost.
