Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues
• Install various water and sewage lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
• Carry out inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Prepare work cost estimates for clients
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls
• Adhere to all safety policies and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and detailed explanations of technical issues
• Keep a record of assignments and services rendered
• Maintain a clean work environment after finishing tasks
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay updated on industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential and commercial plumbing repair
• Must possess a valid plumbing license
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational school training preferred
• Ability to handle various tools and equipment used in plumbing
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Maintain a drug-free status
• Clean, valid driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Physical fitness, able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
• Availability for on-call rotation to handle emergency situations outside business hours
