Job Title: Service Plumber

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $34–$43 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumber with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Rochester, MN. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
• Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems, pipes, and fixtures
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and pricing
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (in good standing)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (crawl spaces, outdoors, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license (if applicable)
• Experience with both residential and commercial service work
