Job Description

Position Overview: Summit Golf Brands (SGB), located in Barneveld, WI, is seeking a full-time Screen Printer Operator for our Barneveld, WI office. Direct to Garment Machine Operator, under the direction of the VP of Production, is responsible for operating and maintaining a DTG machine to personalize clothing to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Daily preventative maintenance of DTG machines, heat press, and any other systems used in the DTG process.
• Using workorders to set up the machine to customer specifications.
• Using company ship windows to organize orders by priority.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to SGB's standards.
• Maintain clear and prompt communication with Management or Maintenance to ensure the DTG machine is functioning properly.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing common printing errors.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Being able to adapt to different product and business needs with minimal or no advanced notice

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Direct to Garment experience.
• Experience in the apparel industry.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Required to use wrists, upper arms, and shoulders in repetitive movements.
• Required to bend, twist, and reach continuously.
