Position Description
The Executive Office of Education is seeking a Sr. Technical Salesforce Business Analyst to work
on critical Salesforce projects. The successful candidate will be an independent and inquisitive
self-starter, who is a quick learner, connects dots and understands the end-to-end business
process and system functionality to bridge the gap between business needs and technical
solutions. The successful candidate needs to be highly organized and able to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Requirements
Senior Technical Business Analysis – Collaborate closely with Program Manager(s) to drive
project success and ensure high customer satisfaction. Partner with stakeholders and
development teams to help elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and facilitate
translation into technical requirements/user stories. Ensure that requirements are understood
and approved by all stakeholders. Manage requirement traceability and changes throughout the
project lifecycle. Ensure the test strategy and test plans adequately cover the requirements.
Assist in defect resolution and conflict resolution.

Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of Technical Business Analysis experience.
2. Highly adept at leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and quality of work.
3. Good experience in implementing CI/CD, preferably in a Salesforce implementation project.
4. Able to produce accurate documents such as BRDs, SRDs, workflows, RAIDs, project plans,
user guides, training materials, and meeting minutes.
5. Experience facilitating requirement analysis sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
6. Ability to prioritize requirements based on business value, risks, and constraints.
7. Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and regulations; write
clear documents; and create presentations.
8. Experience analyzing inefficient business processes and creating requirements for
automated solutions.
9. Experience creating UML diagrams and webpage mockups.
10. Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
11. Ability to develop strong client/vendor relationships and deliver high-value solutions.
12. Understanding of Project Management methodologies and ability to support PM
responsibilities.
13. Experience evaluating project risks and issues and assisting with mitigation strategies.
14. Ability to apply business analysis and project management knowledge to real-world
scenarios; Agile and JIRA preferred.

15. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or similar
preferred.
16. Business Analyst Certification preferred.
17. Salesforce Certification preferred.
18. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
19. Experience conducting Functional Analysis preferred.
