Position: Retail Merchandiser/Stocker

Work Location: Wilmington, NC 28401

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr & (plus 0.30 per mile)

Duration: Temp to Hire

Shift: (7am - 4pm) Must be available on weekends & Mandatory Overtime

Job Description:

• Responsible for safely stocking and maintaining our beverage products in our customer accounts.

• Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts.

• Responsible for stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained.

• Ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance to support merchandising operations and service customer accounts & all other duties as assigned

Physical demands:

• Regularly/constantly walk, stand, lift, carry, lift one-handed, reach knee to shoulder, lift/push/pull exerting force over 20 pounds, hear and see.

• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, acuity, and ability to adjust focus.

• Frequently push, pull, reach below knee, reach above shoulder (72 inches), handle, grasp, lift cases up to 46 pounds, and talk.

• Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist of trunk, lift, push and pull exerting forces up to 90 pounds (pallet jack), finger and pinch.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver s License with an MVR check.

• Must have the below limits on their insurance.

• Bilingual (Preferred)
