Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert and manage high-intent real estate leads using structured systems
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations with expert market knowledge
  • Negotiate transactions and guide clients through the closing process
  • Attend weekly training and implement proven sales frameworks
  • Manage client pipeline using CRM and follow-up automation
  • Build referral business and maintain post-close client relationships

Requirements

  • Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently in licensing process)
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset
  • Coachable and open to performance accountability
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to attend Denver office meetings (minimum weekly)
  • Reliable transportation for client showings
