Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (QA RN) In Office in West Palm Beach or Port St. Lucie, FL Interim HealthCare is America's leading provider of home care, hospice, and healthcare staffing. We are looking to hire a dedicated and energetic Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with chart audit activities and develop a Home Health QAPI program for all three entities. Our Quality Assurance Registered Nurses (RNs) enjoy some notable benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 - $79,000 per year
• In Office - Full Time (Monday - Friday)

As a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (RN,), here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Reviews and assures consistency with the Comprehensive SOC OASIS Assessment and Plan of Care, along with ensuring the discipline frequency correlates with the assessment data.
• Review the F2F documentation to ensure that physician orders are followed.
• Reviews and processes all OASIS submissions, OASIS data transfer, ROC, RCT, follow-ups, and OASIS discharges.
• Monitors for Declines or Improvement in patient outcomes.
• Active member of the QAPI Program.
• Participates in the development of in-services and individual clinician training.

A few must-haves for Quality Assurance Registered Nurses (RNs):

• COS-C (Oasis) and IDC-10 Certification Required
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in home health care
• Experience performing quality assurance reviews in a home health care setting
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in Florida
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
• Clinical proficiency in a nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion
