Practice Manager We are looking for a Practice Manager. We’re a general and family dentistry practice that believes great patient care starts with strong leadership. If you know how to run an office, build a team, and still jump in at the front desk when it’s needed, this is your role. What You’ll Own

• Team Leadership: Set expectations, hold people accountable, and lead by example.
• Operations: Oversee daily practice operations: scheduling, supplies, patient flow.
• Patient Experience: Make sure every patient interaction, from phone call to checkout, meets the standard.
• Financial Performance: Manage collections, co-pay accuracy, and scheduling productivity. You know the numbers and use them.
• Insurance & Treatment Plans: Verify insurance, build benefit breakdowns, and present treatment plans to patients.
• Problem Solving: Identify issues early and fix them.

• Minimum 2 years of dental office experience
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of the dental front office: insurance, scheduling, treatment plan presentation
• Experience with Open Dental or similar practice management software
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to balance empathy with accountability
