Position:  Warehouse Associate

Pay: $19 hour

Location: Boonton, NJ

Shift: First Shift

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately processing and packaging of parts. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are packaged, labeled, and shipped correctly while maintaining precise shipping records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials and products for shipment by assembling, packaging, labeling, and sealing items.
• Verify shipment accuracy by comparing identifying information, counts, weights, and measurements against bills of lading, invoices, and customer orders.
• Determine appropriate shipping methods, routes, and rates based on delivery requirements.
• Generate shipping labels and calculate domestic and international shipping rates.
• Accurately pack, weigh, and document outgoing orders.
• Load shipments onto carriers and coordinate pickups.
• Deliver or route materials within the facility using hand trucks, conveyors, or sorting bins.
• Maintain organized shipping records and documentation.
• Support inventory accuracy and material flow throughout the warehouse or production facility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Strong knowledge of packaging, picking, packing, and material handling processes.
• Experience with inventory tracking and basic inventory control.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems or software preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boonton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Boonton,NJ.
