Work Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 5-8 hours per week (approximately 20 hours per month). Core business hours are 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET, with a flexible, results-oriented schedule. Candidates will be compensated for a minimum of 5 hours per week.

Job Description:
The Part-Time HR Contractor will oversee a variety of human resources functions while serving as a trusted HR resource for a small, fully remote organization. This individual will independently manage employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR documentation and policies, support payroll processes, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations.
