SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., overtime as needed.

Job Summary:  Responsible for collecting, inspecting, and grading samples according to physical appearance.  Also responsible for documenting and maintaining records of results of test.  Ensuring the equipment, structures, etc. are maintained in good sanitary conditions.

• Must possess basic math skills and take measurements.
• Must possess hand/eye coordination and maintain balance.
• Must possess basic working knowledge of calculator.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 30 pounds, throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to climb stairs and ladder (3 ft) throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow safety and food safety rules.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.
