SUMMARY

Provide a clean, friendly, and fun experience for our guests. Help with opening and closing duties.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to apply.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Park setup
• Keeping the park litter-free
• Park closing/clean up
• Helping guests on to attractions
• Keeping the attraction safe
• Provide excellent guest service
• Ticket/Time checking
• Line control
• Guiding guests
• Knowledge of the resort
• Completing daily inspection sheet

RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY

• Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and Cranmore Mountain Resort guests and assets at all times.
• Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay.
• Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury to yourself or others.
• Drive following the law and Cranmore Mountain Resort policies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 No prior experience or training is required for this position.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk (up and downhill), use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

SCHEDULING

The Mountain Adventure Park Attendant can be a full or part-time seasonal position. Hours vary based on season and business volumes. Weekends, holidays, and vacation weeks are included.
