Home Loan Specialist

The Home Loan Specialist I is an entry level role supporting various Channels.  The individual acts as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.  Responsibilities may be limited within a specific function/channel or across functions/channels.

The Home Loan Specialist will:

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
• Initiate third-party orders
• (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
• Review and validate loan documents
• Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses
• Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Tampa,FL.
