A re you a creative, strategic, and hands‑on marketing professional looking to make a big impact? We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that support our company's growth across all sales divisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets
• Lead digital marketing efforts including website updates, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
• Create and oversee print and digital collateral in partnership with design resources
• Manage social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Produce marketing reports, analyze results, and recommend improvements
• Support events, Lunch & Learns, presentations, and photography needs
• Collaborate with sales, graphics, and external vendor partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience managing digital and print marketing projects
• Working knowledge of website management, social media, SEO, and PPC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with WordPress, ACT! CRM, and presentation tools is a plus
