Job Description

GCSAA is seeking an individual who can independently and accurately complete all incoming print jobs and special project requests from staff.& The position is also responsible for completing daily mail deliveries, processing incoming/outgoing mail, monitoring supply levels, coordinating service on equipment and providing excellent customer support to members and conference attendees. The position is tasked with frequently communicating with staff members to ensure job expectations are met and high-quality customer service levels are maintained.

Qualified candidates possess:

• Must be personable with a strong focus on responsiveness and professionalism
• Organizational skills and ability to thoroughly review documents for accuracy while working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads
• Ability to operate advanced copy/printing machines and perform complex jobs (once trained)
• Must be able to move items weighing 5 to 25 lbs onto a cart to deliver mail
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience working in a professional office performing general administrative and providing superior customer service
• Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to travel to the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show (5-6 days annually) and provide onsite support for registration operations
• Ability to follow directions accurately
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Solid proficiency and understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Position will work from our headquarters office in Lawrence, KS

Hourly pay rate will be $18.00 - $19.00/hour . In addition to GCSAA’s attractive compensation/benefits package, we also provide generous paid leave, and allow for community involvement opportunities.
