Litigation Legal Assistant

Plantation, FL | On‑Site

Full‑Time or Part‑Time (Flexible)

A longstanding South Florida litigation practice is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a focused litigation team. This is a priority hire for someone who brings depth, accuracy, and consistency to their work and values long‑term stability within a professional law firm environment.

This role is well‑suited for a legal assistant who enjoys being hands‑on with substantive litigation support and takes pride in keeping cases organized and moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing deposition summaries and detailed case chronologies , including medical record review
• Assisting with litigation filings and pleadings within a document management system
• Maintaining and organizing electronic case files
• Supporting the collection and organization of medical records, bills, and liens
• Providing general litigation and administrative support as needed

What They’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
• Employment stability and commitment to long‑term roles
• Ability to work independently on substantive litigation tasks

Position Details:

• Open to full‑time or part‑time candidates
• Part‑time schedule: approximately 20–25 hours/week , with flexibility
• $24–$26/hour , depending on experience
• 100% on‑site role in the Plantation area
