Indian Springs Baptist Church (ISBC), a Southern Baptist congregation in Kingsport, TN, is prayerfully seeking a God-called and Spirit-led Lead Pastor to shepherd our multigenerational church into its next season of Gospel fruitfulness.
With an average Sunday attendance of 460, ISBC is a vibrant body committed to expository preaching, Christ-centered worship, intentional discipleship, and local and global mission engagement. We affirm the Baptist Faith & Message (2000) and hold to the authority and inerrancy of Scripture.
We are seeking a pastor who faithfully proclaims God’s Word, shepherds with humility and wisdom, leads collaboratively, and helps us grow in spiritual depth, unity, and disciple-making impact.
