Laminates Manufacturing Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 to $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm )

• Overtime throughout the week and on Fridays is mandatory

We have openings in the following departments: 

• Color Matching: Mix inks, resins, and coatings to exact customer specifications and supply materials to production teams. Swing shift available: Mon-Thurs 2:00pm-2:30am.
• Lamination: Set up and operate laminating equipment, perform detailed cleaning, and follow all safety and PPE requirements. 
• Layup: Build decorative laminate assemblies and handle large panels safely in a team-based production environment.
• Screenline: Process screen-printed and coated materials efficiently to support continuous production flow.

Laminates Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience required
• Demonstrated job longevity and stable work history preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
