This is a remote position.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users across the organization. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering an exceptional support experience in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support requests via ticketing system, chat, email, and phone
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware, and network connectivity
  
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory, SaaS platforms)
  
• Document incidents, solutions, and processes in the knowledge base
  
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support or specialized teams when necessary
  
• Assist with onboarding/off boarding by provisioning and reprovisioning equipment and accounts
  
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates
  
• Monitor system alerts and respond to outages or service disruptions
  
• Maintain compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
  
• Provide user training and guidance on common IT tools and systems
