We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Install Crew Leader to join our team. This crucial role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. Collaborating closely with the Irrigation Manager and Landscape Designers, you will ensure all projects meet our high standards. Your leadership and expertise will play a vital role in boosting our company's efficiency, productivity, and profitability, driving our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the crew in daily tasks and routines, fostering continuous learning and development.
• Delegate tasks to ensure productivity and profitability.
• Operate a range of irrigation equipment to accomplish daily tasks.
• Determine watering requirements and ensure proper hydration of lawns, trees, and plants.
• Prepare areas for irrigation projects and install, maintain, and repair various components of an irrigation system.
• Uphold all safety rules and regulations.
• Properly enter information into Crew Mobile (Aspire) daily.
• Communicate with the Irrigation Manager when material supplies are low and need to be ordered.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of irrigation parts, practices, and procedures.
• Minimum of one year of experience in irrigation or a related field.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Understanding of how to properly hydrate various types of lawns, greenery, and plants.
• Proficiency in operating various types of power equipment and hand tools required for irrigation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
