Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client's production team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of high-speed liquid bottling and packaging lines. You will perform emergency repairs, routine preventative maintenance, and system upgrades within a food-safe manufacturing environment. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage industry preferred).
- Technical degree or equivalent certification in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance.
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for flexible shifts or "on-call" emergency support.

salary: $58,240 - $64,480 per year

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machinery.
- Maintain high-speed liquid filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) work orders.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and automated control systems.
- Fabricate and weld replacement parts or system components.
- Document all repairs and parts usage within the CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with food safety (SQF/GMP) and OSHA standards.
- Minimize production downtime through rapid emergency response.
- Monitor equipment performance for efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with production and sanitation teams for line transitions.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 10 hours at one time
- working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
- working weekends
