Responsibilities: 

• Service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, split systems, and refrigeration components 
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC issues with precision and efficiency 
• Recommend and sell system upgrades, maintenance plans, and ancillary solutions to meet client needs 
• Deliver clear communication and provide top-tier customer service to commercial clients 
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of two (2) years of commercial HVAC service/ repairs and sales experience 
• Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration 
• Experience in recommending and selling ancillary solutions, such as energy efficiency upgrades and indoor air quality products 
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred 
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry advancements 
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
