Serving Owings Mills and Baltimore, Maryland, you will:
Install commercial HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, mini splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, piping, and ventilation systems
Lead installation projects and support other installers on-site
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents accurately
Follow all safety procedures on commercial job sites
Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and internal team members
Keep your company vehicle organized and prepared for daily assignments
Travel to job sites throughout the service area using a company-provided vehicle
Participate in continued training to stay current with HVAC systems and technology

Maryland HVAC Trade License, Journeyman or Master preferred
CFC certification
At least 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and professional communication skills
Consistent work history in HVAC or related field
Own necessary hand tools for installation work
Commitment to workplace safety standards
Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and move safely throughout commercial job sites
Authorized to work in the United States
