The Hematology Oncology Cell Therapy Nurse Practitioner will report to service line leadership such as the Medical Director of Hematology/Oncology and the Director of Advanced Practice Providers while collaborating closely with a friendly team of pediatric oncology nurses, pharmacists, social workers, child life specialists, and a diverse interdisciplinary care team. The Hematology Oncology Cell Therapy Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based care across inpatient and outpatient settings, conduct independent visits, manage infusion and supportive care, assess treatment toxicities, coordinate transitions of care, support transplant and cellular therapy pathways, and participate in quality initiatives and education within a collegial, mentorship-rich environment.
