We are seeking a knowledgeable and solutions-driven Help Desk Technician to support our remote workforce. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to perform efficiently.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Assist with system setup, account access, and onboarding of new users
Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate resources
Support ongoing system improvements and basic IT maintenance
Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles preferred
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with ticketing systems or IT support tools is a plus
Monday–Friday standard business hours
Occasional on-call or after-hours support as needed
$20 – $26/hr (based on experience)
