Lee Construction is a leading general contractor specializing in a wide range of commercial construction projects across southwest Kansas. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on various commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence from start to finish.
Manage and supervise all field activities on assigned projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and materials.
Maintain project schedule, identify and resolve delays or issues proactively.
Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with project plans and specifications.
Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, architects, and field personnel.
Monitor and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
Participate in project planning meetings and provide input on constructability and logistics.
All kinds of commercial buildings and tenant improvements
Metal building erection and finishing
Interior and exterior remodels
Concrete foundations, flatwork, and structural slabs
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, means, and methods.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile reporting apps.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
