Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a private investment office in downtown Chicago, seeking an  Executive Personal Assistant  to provide exceptional support to a busy executive and the broader leadership team. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a growing organization with a long-standing reputation for excellence.

Executive Support:

• Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules
• Coordinate meetings and handle all related technology (virtual & in-person)
• Draft professional correspondence, notes, and presentations
• Prepare expense reports using Concur
• Collaborate with other EAs on high-level projects

Personal Assistance:

• Book domestic and international travel and create detailed itineraries
• Conduct destination and event-related research
• Manage contact databases and personal mailing lists
• Run errands and handle special projects as needed
• Coordinate event invitations and logistics

What’s needed?

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of professional work experience; minimum 5 years supporting senior executives
• Experience in a family office environment is a plus
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong technology skills (Apple, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Teams; Concur a plus)
• Confident, poised, and professional communicator
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and last-minute changes
• Team player with a no-job-too-small attitude
• Comfortable being available during off-hours for urgent need

Key Details:

• Compensation: $130,000-$150,000
• Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision benefits available
