Executive Chef — Modern Indian | Raleigh, NC

Salary: $90,000+ (Based on Experience) & Bonus

A chef‑driven hospitality group in Raleigh is seeking a creative, forward‑thinking Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision for a M odern Indian concept . This role is ideal for a chef who wants to build something of their own — a kitchen, a menu, a culture — rather than stepping into an existing system.

• Leadership experience in elevated or contemporary Indian cuisine.
• Strong foundation in technique with the ability to create inventive, expressive menus
• A natural mentor who sets the tone for excellence and consistency
• Entrepreneurial energy — excited to shape a program from day one
• Long‑term drive toward national recognition and culinary distinction
• Ability to connect culinary creativity with brand identity and guest experience
• Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus
• Background working with Michelin‑recognized or James Beard–awarded chefs is highly valued
