Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a top entertainment company in New York, New York!  We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President and Consumer Products Synergy as well as the Executive Director of Entertainment and Direct to Consumer Synergy. This role is essential to teams that drive cross-company collaboration and amplification across portfolios of brands and content. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. If you’re passionate about sports and entertainment, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and excited by the opportunity to support strategic planning and cross-functional coordination, this is the role for you. 

• Pay $28-32/hr based on experience
• Onsite: New York, New York

Responsibilities: 

• Manage complex calendars, coordinate individual and team meetings, and oversee travel logistics and expense reporting with precision and timeliness
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including document organization, supply ordering, and contact list management
• Attend meetings to capture notes and action items, maintain planning documents and marketing calendars, and support the development of internal communications and presentation decks
• Serve as a liaison across brands marketing, content, and synergy teams, handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects, activations, and custom integrations across the brand's ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in entertainment or media company
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Zoom and Teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of leadership.
