Job Description

Turabify Co. is seeking a motivated and friendly Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team in Franklin, OH. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring that our patients have a positive dental experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, sterilizing instruments, taking patient x-rays, and managing patient records. Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before and after use.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) as necessary.
  • Manage patient records and ensure that all information is accurately entered and maintained.
  • Provide patients with instructions for post-operative and general oral care.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized dental office environment.
  • Ensure that patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assisting program is preferred.
  • Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and dental software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective patient care.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and time management abilities.
