Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities may include offering emotional support, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to clients in their homes and community settings.
• Assist clients in learning and practicing daily living skills, to increase independence.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• A Current CSW Certification is Required to Apply for this Position
• Previous experience in a support role or relevant field 1 year experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule and ability to set your own hours.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Bi-Lingual is a plus).
• Reliable transportation and ability to engage in moderate day travel.

Compensation:

Compensation Rates are Based on Degree and Experience: - $25 to $40 per hour

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: $25 per hour (Higher based on exeprience level and client load).
• AA Degree: $27 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $35 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $40 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement at .50 per mile
• Paid Training
