Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings including long-term care, assisted living, and post-acute environments.

• Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient functions.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and catheter care.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Operate equipment like Hoyer lifts for safe transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and patient education.
• Follow infection control protocols in various healthcare settings.
• Support patients in inpatient, outpatient, home, or community environments.

Qualifications include valid CNA certification, experience in diverse healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures.
