First Baptist Tillman’s Corner (FBTC) in Mobile, AL is seeking a passionate and experienced Children’s & Preschool Director to lead and inspire our growing ministries for children (1st–6th grade) and preschoolers (birth–kindergarten). This full-time role will partner with the Family Pastor to create a Christ-centered, safe, and engaging environment where children and families can grow in faith. The Children’s & Preschool Director will oversee ministry programming, recruit and develop department directors and volunteers, ensure age-appropriate biblical teaching, and manage resources and budgets effectively. This role combines vision, administration, and relational ministry, including discipling children, preschoolers, and parents, and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the next generation of FBTC families.
