Work From Home CDL Recruiter – Phoenix, AZ (1099 Contractor)

Looking to generate income from home while working directly with CDL drivers across the country?

This is a fully remote, commission-based independent contractor opportunity . You’ll operate as your own business, sourcing and placing drivers using available openings and support systems.

Class A Jobs 411 continues to expand its network of independent recruiters and provides access to active carrier opportunities nationwide.

Support is available Monday–Friday (6 AM – 4 PM MST) if needed.

What You’ll Do

• Source CDL drivers using your own methods (job boards, social, referrals, etc.)
• Communicate with drivers and guide them through the application process
• Match drivers with available positions based on qualifications
• Track and manage your activity using recruiter tools
• Follow up consistently to move candidates toward placement

• Optional starter leads (limited and not guaranteed)
• Back-end support for questions and process guidance

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor role
• Commission-only structure
• Paid after driver is placed and confirmed
• No cap on earnings
• Top performers can earn up to 80% per placement

Ideal Background

• Recruiting, sales, or lead generation experience
• Trucking or CDL knowledge is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and persistence
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• No hourly pay, salary, or guaranteed income
• You control how, when, and where you work
• You are responsible for your own sourcing and activity
