C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) Manages contract lifecycle develops terms and conditions supports procurement strategy ensures regulatory compliance and administers subcontract processes.

The C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) improves contract lifecycle procedures terms and acquisition controls supporting compliant and efficient C&SCM execution.  Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization as part of a Management and Operations Consulting Engagement for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy Infrastructure and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support  Analyzes prime contracts FAR/DEAR requirements decomposing obligations into compliant actionable Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedures and execution frameworks

Foundation for Deliverables: Directly drives Deliverable #6 - Recommended Amendments)A detailed List of Recommended Amendments to the prime contract to gain efficiencies for SRNS based on a comprehensive analysis and identified gaps.

•  Benchmarking vs. best practices for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy Infrastructure and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders
•  Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract governing documents and applicable laws
•  Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
•  Comprehensive Set of Procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
•  Create and update supporting documents forms terms and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
•  Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
•  Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
•  Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions
•  Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
•  Maintaining procedural form and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract governing documents and applicable laws)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization SRNS0011011

• Assess pre-award award post-award subcontract administration modifications closeout and terms-and-conditions processes; recommend contract amendments; align contract instruments with updated procedures; support supplier-facing requirements and flow-down structures.

The role(s) are located in the Southeastern USA Region at or near Aiken SC.  Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid On/Off Client Site and Virtual:  Building 992-3W 1148 Aiken SC 29808

Qualifications :

8 years contracts procurement acquisition subcontract management or supply chain contracting experience in federal defense DOE/NNSA M&O or regulated infrastructure environments; experience developing clauses T&Cs templates and contract adminis

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in contracts acquisition business supply chain law or related field; CPCM CFCM CCCM NCMA FAC-C DAWIA or equivalent preferred.
• 8 years contracts procurement acquisition subcontract management or supply chain contracting experience in federal defense DOE/NNSA M&O or regulated infrastructure environments; experience developing clauses T&Cs templates and contract adminis
• This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector and C&SCM Contracts Management Consultant (FAR/DEAR) Candidates principally support Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.

Skills Required

• Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting Acquisition and Grants Management Support and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization Functional Area Activities.
