Assistant Director of Housekeeping – Full Time (Kaua‘i)
Hawaii Care and Cleaning, the cleaning partner of Kauai Exclusive Management, is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Director of Housekeeping to join our growing team.

You will work alongside the Executive Director of Housekeeping helping coordinate daily operations for luxury vacation homes across the island.
Your Role Will Include:
· Helping organize daily cleaning schedules
· Supporting and coordinating housekeeping teams
· Assigning properties and reviewing guest arrivals and departures
· Inspecting homes to ensure high cleanliness standards
· Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
· Ordering supplies and helping keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
· Positive attitude and team spirit
· Organized and dependable
· Good communication skills
· Housekeeping or hospitality experience helpful
· Someone who enjoys helping a team succeed
· High school degree or equivalent
Salary : $57,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
