Job Description

A singular opportunity to be a part of Exquisite Creatures is taking shape. I'm looking for an Artist Assistant to join my team, helping to preserve and prepare specimens, and to assist in the execution of my museum works.

Because no existing business directly mirrors what we do, extensive training will be required. However, in order to hit the ground running, applicants must be able to show expert-level proficiency in some comparable skill/industry such as:

- Working in miniature

- Traditional taxidermy

- Finely detailed airbrushing

- Mortuary prep

- Heart surgery (will also accept brain surgeons, but no weirdos)

Applicants must be willing to relocate or commute to Salem, OR, and to get your hands dirty so that the rest of the world can be inspired. Our NDA and non-compete is extensive and binding, so artists looking for a leg up in their own careers and scientists curious about how we do it need not apply.
