We are seeking an energetic and innovative Marketing/Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, Legacy Media,social media marketing, content creation, and advertising campaigns. In this position you can expect to have actual sales interactions with our end users as well as getting them to the door. This position is a Thursday through Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesday off each week . Monday, Thursday, and Friday are 8-5 with an hour for lunch and Saturday and Sunday are from 10-4. Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Manage social media channels by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach.
Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings using keyword research and content optimization.
Identifying opportunities, creating compelling proposals, and maintaining client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Manage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
Coordinate multichannel marketing efforts including email marketing, PPC advertising via Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising.
Maintain website content using WordPress; implement HTML adjustments as needed for optimal presentation
Experience
Minimum of three years of professional experience in digital marketing or roles with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Strong proficiency in SEO and legacy media techniques, social media marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of HTML coding basics and WordPress website management.
Demonstrated ability in copywriting for diverse formats including web content, advertisements, email campaigns, and print materials.
Excellent research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret data insights effectively.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
